Studio Picasso
Picasso is one of our 30 m² studios, accommodating 2 guests. It consists of a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a sofa, and a coffee table.
The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, ironing board, and iron.
Pure, Fresh Water for Our Guests. We are pleased to offer our guests purified drinking water through our newly installed reverse osmosis water filtration system — providing fresh, high-quality water throughout your stay”
The bathroom includes a floor-level shower and a toilet. A hairdryer is also available for your use. We offer shower gel and shampoo during your stay.
It has a small balcony overlooking Carrer de Baix.
We provide towels and change the sheets every 3 days.
If you need more frequent changes: €10 per towel change | €10 per sheet change.
Cleaning is done between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., upon request, and costs €10.

Rothko is our 90 m² penthouse, accommodating 4 people, with an American kitchen, a bedroom featuring a double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The elevator goes directly to the penthouse hallway, ensuring complete privacy.
